I love living here! The maintenance staff is very quick to help if you have any needs, the office staff is professional and responsive. As for my apartment, it is gorgeous. I have never felt more at home than here. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because parking is not the best. I will say they are trying their best with the snow removal, we have had so much this year that there is no where to go with the snow. I live on the first floor and cannot wait for warm weather.

The apartment complex is well maintained and well run. Excellent amenities and a very drivable commute to Chicago made this an excellent fit. The apartment is a 60 second drive from a grocery store and there is a beer / burger place on site.

I love living here. The area is well lit so I feel safe enough to walk my dog at night. The girls in the office are so nice. We lived in a house for 28 years. This place is as nice and nicer than the house we lived in. We so enjoy living here.

I’ve only been here a short time with my husband and we are extremely happy. We previously lived at the apartment complex in Aberdeen and that was pure hell. No heat in the winter and pipes frozen over and my neighbors toilet leaking into my apartment. Not today do I have any issues. Maintenance is quick to act and very stealth because I didn’t know they were there without their notice. The apartment staff is friendly and extremely helpful with all my questions. With so many amenities in this great community. Also centrally located in the heart of downtown Portage how can you not love this place. The staff is wonderful and always pleasant; will help you if you need them. I recommend the Promenade at Founder's square if you desire a Great place to live! A wonderful place to come home to!

I will be moving here, the girls in the office are all super helpful and guided me through the entire application process. I have family who lives over here and they convinced me to move over here.
