Pet Policy

The Promenade at Founders Square is a pet-friendly community and we welcome both dogs and cats. Up to 2 pets are permitted per apartment. Ask us about our community pet adoption partnership with Lakeshore Paws & Hobart Humane Society to receive a discounted non-refundable pet fee.

Additional expenses apply for pets:
  • One-time non-refundable pet fee: $300/pet
  • Pet rent: +$25/month for 1 pet or +$40/month for 2 pets.

  • Doberman Pinschers
  • Chow Chows
  • Rottweilers
  • Presa Canarios
