• Fee Credits: Application and Administrative fees will be credited back upon move-in.

Program Terms:

• Lease Term: A 12-month lease is required.
• Exclusions: These discounts cannot be combined with any other active promotions or specials.

Who Qualifies?

• Promenade Partnership: Employees of companies listed below. Please refer to this list specifically when verifying eligibility.
• Hometown Heroes: This includes first responders, law enforcement, firefighters, medical personnel, and teachers. (active employees only)
